At Up & Running we have come together with New Balance and international athlete Jonny Mellor, to create a Running Challenge, with a complete structure fit for a runner of any ability.
Originally known as the “Not a runner” Challenge, we have created a new and improved structure aiming to create a lifestyle change, were running is a blessing and not a chore. Anyone can become a runner.
Jonny Mellor, is a prolific international athlete achieving gold at key events across the world, and has created the running plan for you to follow, you could not be in better hands. Supported by our team of ‘Run Mentors’ in our 28 stores, we are here to guide you through the challenge every step of the way.
Expect a 31-day plan, complete with warm-ups/cool-downs, exclusive events, giveaways, discounts and motivating content. Join the ‘First Steps Challenge’ and join the running revolution at Up & Running!

Once you have signed up, you will receive a 31-day plan, complete with warm-ups/cool-downs, exclusive events, giveaways, discounts and motivating content.
At the end of December, be sure to check your email inbox, and you will find your plan in PDF format. If you like, you can print off your plan and tick off the days as they go, of simply refer to your digital copy.
