Thank you for signing up to our 2023 Not A Runner campaign.
Not a Runner will provide you with an easy to follow weekly plan to get you up and running with us this January in partnership with New Balance and warm up, cross training and cool down videos from Trib3 gyms.
You will receive weekly warm up, training and cool down videos alongside your running plan.
Here's this week’s warm up to help get you ready to go.
This warm up includes:
Dynamic leg swings, hip openers, toe taps, hamstring walk throughs, squats, high knees and heel flicks
*Do not forget when starting any new exercise plan, its best to check with your GP if you have any concerns.

If you have a workout to do today, have a look at your first Trib3 workout video.
This week's workout contains:
Squat to high knees, backward lunges, bird dogs, bear crawl, plank (hold 20 seconds).
Well done for completing your workout for the day.
To help you cool down, reducing the likelihood of any aches and pains, have a look at your cool down.
This week's cool down contains:
Walk in circles, chest openers (hold for 10 secs each side), spiderman holds, hip opener, hamstring stretch, downward dog, quad stretch.

In store, we also offer a free gait analysis. This allows our staff members to match you up with the right shoe for you in order to help to drive your own personal performance.
