Directions for use:

Pre-event: dissolve 1 tablet in 500ml of water 3-4 hours before your event. This can be topped up with another 250-500ml of water in the hours before the start of the event. 

During: sip on the mixture throughout the event and aim to do this every hour.

Consume the drink within 24 hours of preparation. Do not exceed four tablets per day.
