Ideal for high-intensity events including track races, time trials, HYROX, triathlon, marathons and long-distance cycling, each serving provides 10g of bicarbonate. The 8-serving bulk bag gives you control over your dosage and frequency of use. Simply dissolve your chosen dose in water and take around 2 hours before exercise, sipping over approximately 5 minutes. The product should not be used more than twice per week.
