The Ghost Max 3 delivers a soft , smooth, protective feeling all thanks to it's high-stack of soft cushioning, rocker shape that helps you move better from landing to toe-off, and a broad base adds extra stability. 

A high stack of super soft, responsive DNA LOFT v3 nitrogen infused cushioning foam helps decrease pressure under foot for comfort and protection. This foam provides a softer and more comfortable midsole than the previous version, while also being lightweight and durable. This cushioning also promotes energy return in every step, while shock absorption properties help reduce the risk of injury. A combination of a low offset and GlideRoll™ Rocker actively assists heel-to-toe transitions to help keep your movements feeling effortless.

 A broad base ensures stability that wont interfere with a neutral stride style.  The midsole rocker geometry promotes heel to toe movement to encourage natural, smooth strides. The durable rubber outsole has improved grip and traction, and will give you the confidence in every step you take.
