A flexible midsole provides superior cushioning and a durable rubber outsole gives you long-lasting traction, helping you tackle the most challenging of terrains. An engineered upper mesh is breathable and supportive whilst a rock guard helps protect against any debris.

Size Guide

We generally recommend that you order your Brooks running shoes 1/2 size to one size larger than normal dress shoes. For men's footwear, "D" is the default/normal width. Some of our competition shoes are only available in men's sizes. For those shoes we suggest ordering 1.5 sizes smaller than your usual size. Whenever possible, it is best to visit your local running and walking footwear store for a proper fitting and guidance to help you find just right Brooks shoe for your foot and gait.
