This service is completely free and you don't need to make an appointment. Just head into your local running shop and the team will be happy to help.

Meet the manager
I have been working in running retail since 2010 amassing lots of experience and technical knowledge. I have worked as the manager at Up & Running Darlington since 2015 and serve runners from both the local area and throughout the north-east. I organise and run the largest Social Run Group in Up & Running, which has become the most important run of the week for me. When I’m not working, I’m being run ragged by my 2 kids and dog at home...

Run with us
Join us weekly at our Darlington running store for a 5K run. Our Social Run Group is a great free running group that meets every week for a fun and friendly 5K. We are all inclusive where everyone runs together, so it is great for new or beginner runners. To register just head into store and speak to a member of staff today.
