RUNSTOCK 4: The Neon & Glow Run Rave

RUNSTOCK is the festival of running — where movement meets music, brands meet runners, and everyone joins the fun.

Up & Running and URUNN are bringing RUNSTOCK 4 to Manchester for an evening of social running, big beats and neon energy. URUNN will be joining us on the night to lead the run — so grab your brightest kit, round up your running crew and get ready to glow!

What’s happening

Join The Social Run Group by Up & Running, URUNN and a lineup of leading running brands for an evening celebrating Manchester’s running community.

• A 5 km social run through Manchester, led by URUNN

Dress code: neon & glow

Think fluorescent running kit, glow sticks and luminous accessories — bright, bold and ready to glow.

Run club members: wear your club colours with a neon twist. Dressing up is optional, but we’d love to see you light up the streets!

The after-party

The fun doesn’t finish at the end of the run. Join us at The Green, St. John’s, for a post-run beer, Freebies, a catch-up with your crew and a chance to meet fellow runners.
