Bournemouth Shop
Since the Bournemouth store opened its doors for the first time plenty of customers have received the customer service they deserve.
John says... Simon [and HW] were so helpful with lots of good ideas, advice and a great range of shoes. Nothing was too much trouble and always encouraged to try them at home and change them. I have had 2 decades without running and restarted a couple of years ago. I felt really stuck when the shoes I was using stopped being made but felt confident I would find the best shoe here. Thoroughly recommend - oh and you can usually park in the next street.
Sally says... Wow, what a wonderful shop! My physio wanted met to get some decent, supportive trainers. I was a bit nervous on where to find something that was suitable, but I'd read the reviews on how helpful this shop was, so it seemed a great place to go.
The reviews were definitely correct. The chap who helped me was very knowledgeable, and helped me find the perfect pair of trainers. Really friendly and chatty too, made me feel at ease. Will definitely come back again.
