At Up & Running we aim to get you your purchase as quick and efficiently as possible which is why we have teamed up with Royal Mail to ship your goods.

AVAILABILITY + PRE-ORDERS

The delivery times shown apply to items we currently have in stock. If we don't currently have your item in stock, we will aim to contact you within 48 hours of the order being placed and update you on the ETA of the product or offer an alternative. At this point you will be given the option to also cancel the order should you wish.

YOU ONLY PAY ONE SET OF DELIVERY FOR THE WHOLE ORDER

We will only charge you for one set of delivery for an order, even if we send you more than one parcel. For example, if some of the goods you have placed an order for are in stock and some aren't, we'll aim to send the in stock items within 48 hours and the others as soon as they come in - but be assured you’ll only pay for one set of postage charges.

SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

There is an option for the courier to be given special instructions for the delivery of your goods. Please note however that if you specify any special instructions accompanying your delivery, Up & Running cannot be held responsible if the parcel goes missing in transit, in particular if the instructions relate to something other than a door to door delivery.
As the special instructions entered are automatically applied to the address, please make sure you double check the address and the instructions carefully before submitting

DELAYED ORDERS/ MISSING IN TRANSIT
At Up & Running we aim to do absolutely everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the timeframe specified above and we work with our couriers who are globally recognised delivery and logistic companies.
Occasionally however there are situations beyond our control that may result in your parcel being delayed. Whilst it is with the courier, we cannot be held responsible for the delays directly, however we will look to manage any delay reports and assistance with the aim to track down parcels that are delayed or lost. All parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is lost or delayed, let us know and we'll act quickly to locate it.
All claims for missing parcels must be made within 28 days of the date of your order.

MISSING ITEMS
If any item is missing from your delivery, this must be reported within 28 days from the date of your order.
Claims for missing items will only be accepted when submitted with a copy of the despatch note from your parcel.

STANDARD DELIVERY
- Please allow 3 working days from the date of despatch before contacting us to chase a parcel.
- We will then contact our courier to investigate and locate the parcel.
- Items are classed as missing in transit by our couriers if they haven't arrived within 7 days from the date of despatch.
- Please note, delivery to the Scottish Islands and Highlands may take up to an additional 48 hours.

EUROPE DELIVERY
- Standard Delivery - Items are classed as missing in transit by our couriers if they haven't arrived within 14 days from the date of despatch.
- Please note that we will ask you to complete a Lossage Form prior to sending replacements.

USA / AUSTRALIA DELIVERY
- Standard Delivery - Items are classed as missing in transit by our couriers if they haven't arrived within 14 days from the date of despatch.

Multiple items may occasionally incur additional delivery charges, however before any additional charges are applied you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team.
We will do everything we can to ensure as speedy and efficient delivery as possible. Please note: during busy times and bank holidays, delivery times may be extended.
Please be aware that when there are International Bank Holidays or local Bank Holidays in the destination country, there may be a risk of delays in delivery to the destination country. Our parcels are shipped from the United Kingdom which means your delivery can also be affected by UK Bank Holidays. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause in advance.

All orders placed before 1pm GMT Monday to Friday will aim to despatch that day. Orders placed after 1pm will be despatched the next working day. For example, if you place your order after 1pm GMT on a Friday or over the weekend, we will despatch it the following Monday.

LOCAL AND IMPORT TAXES
Please note, we are not liable for any local or import taxes.


RETURNS

Up & Running (UK) Ltd understands that sometimes you'll need to return items to us and we've made this easy, fast and simple.
We hope that you love your purchase, however if it doesn’t fit, you’ve had a change of heart, if it’s faulty or perhaps you just aren’t feeling it; do not worry, we believe returns should be part of the normal process of simple e-commerce.

We'll exchange or refund all items which:
- Are returned to us within 28 days of receipt.
- Are returned to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with the labels attached.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of any item that has been worn, in particular underwear and socks.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above conditions.

HOW TO RETURN
ONLINE ORDERS
- Please pack your parcel up securely, if possible, using the original packaging but by also removing the delivery label.
- Include the original delivery note with the reason for return clearly stated.
- Let us know what action you would like us to take, eg. exchange or refund. This will help us to ensure we process your return quickly and efficiently.
- You'll need to pay the postage costs to return your parcel. We recommend that you ensure you obtain sufficient postal insurance in case your item goes missing on its way back to us.

IN-STORE
If an item was purchased in-store then it needs to be returned to that same store. To return non-faulty unwanted items, please ensure:
- The item is returned within 28 days of purchase.
- The item is returned in perfect condition, with original packaging and labels.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of any item that has been worn, in particular underwear and socks.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above conditions.


EXCHANGES
- When returning your item, remember to include the code and size of your required replacements.
- We will despatch your replacements with a reduced £2.50 delivery charge for exchanges shipped to all UK addresses.
- We will turn around your exchange as quickly as possible and subject to stock availability, aim to despatch your replacements within 48 hours of receiving your return.
- Bear in mind that there may be slight delays during busy periods.

BUNDLES / FREE GIFT RETURNS
- For a full refund, please ensure all items from the bundle deal or free gift promotion are returned.
- Partial bundle returns will be refunded pro rata.
- Free gifts must be returned with their parent product, in order to receive a full refund, otherwise the parent product will be refunded minus the free gift value.
- Free gifts are not refundable on their own.

REFUNDS
- We'll refund your item via your original payment method.
- We try our best to process all refunds within 48 hours of receipt, however during busy periods allow 7 working days for your refund.
- When we've completed your refund, we'll send you an email to let you know.
- We will (where applicable) refund reasonable postage costs up to the value of £4.99 if there is a fault found with an item. Please contact us via e-mail on

FAULTY ITEMS

If you find a fault with your item, please contact our friendly customer services team by e-mail enquiries@upandrunning.co.uk who can help and advise the best way to deal with it.
- Faulty items should be returned within a reasonable time and must be in a clean and dry condition. Any items which are not in a clean, dry and hygienic condition will be returned to the customer.
- Please enclose all your details and a covering note explaining the fault and any other useful details.
- We'll try to get back to you within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel, although during busy periods this may take slightly longer.
- Where a fault is found, we will refund your reasonable return postage costs.
- Occasionally, if we are struggling to locate a fault, we may request a second opinion from the product manufacturer.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.

CANCELLING BEFORE DESPATCH

To cancel your order before despatch, we recommend that you contact us as soon as you can after placing your order, and we will do our best to cancel your order before it is despatched.

CANCELLING AFTER DESPATCH
If you wish to cancel your order after despatch, you will need to wait until you receive your order and then follow our returns procedure.
