The 4D guidance system is designed to adaptively meet on-demand stability to help control deformation, whilst reducing time the foot spends in the pronation phase. This innovative guidance system offers support but only when it's needed. A softer, updated version of a REARFOOT PureGel ™ maintains a softer step in feel through being strategically placed under the heel. This heel pad delivers an enhanced sock absorption and softer landings every time, and is 65% softer than conventional visible GEL™ technology. 

An additional +2mm forefoot stack height delivers improved comfort over long runs, whilst a new FF BLAST ™ PLUS midsole foam provides a blend of cloud like cushioning, and a responsive ride that is lighter. 

An engineered mesh upper is breathable and reduces the need for overlays, whilst a reinforced stable tongue wing provides additional midfoot support. HYBRID ASICSGRIP™, the combination of ASICSGRIP™ rubber and AHARPLUS™ material, help provide advanced traction for various terrains and advanced durability. 

This shoe’s carbon footprint is 29% lower than the industry average and has a carbon footprint of 10.3kg CO2e/pair.
