Enjoy excellent comfort and advanced support with the GEL-KAYANO• 27 running shoe. The redesigned mesh upper helps keep feet cool, while the sole is more flexible to help promote a more natural roll through the gait cycle. This process starts in the heel with added flex grooves that isolate the initial impact to force a softer and smoother feeling at footstrike.
At midstance, the foot should stop pronating and re-supinate for an efficient toe-off. This shoe also incorporates DYNAMIC DUOMAX• technology to help support the foot and increase stability for runners whose feet roll inward too much (overpronate).
The midsole integrates SPACE TRUSSTIC• technology, which provides stability and reduces the overall weight to help promote a smoother transition from footstrike to toe-off. This added stability is complemented by deeper forefoot flex grooves that create a smoother roll through toe-off, allowing the shoe to move more naturally with the foot.

AVAILABILITY & PRE ORDERS
The delivery times shown apply to items we currently have in stock. If we don't currently have your item in stock, we will aim to contact you within 48 hours of the order being placed and update you on the estimated dispatch of the product or offer an alternative. At this point you will be given the option to also cancel the order should you wish.
Some products are released on certain specified dates but may be available to order in advance, and so will be marked as a pre order. Dates of pre order availability may be subject to change – if this is the case, we will let you know the revised date your product is expected to be dispatched.
DELAYED ORDERS & MISSING IN TRANSIT
We aim to do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the timeframe specified above.
Occasionally however due to situations beyond our control, there may be a slight delay to the delivery of your parcel. All parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is delayed or missing, let us know and we will act quickly to help locate it. Whilst it is with the courier, we cannot be held responsible for the delays, however we can liaise with the courier with the aim to track down parcels that are delayed or missing.
All claims for missing parcels must be made within 7 working days of the date of your order.
In the unlikely event that any item has been missed from your delivery, this must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items are classed as missing in transit by our couriers if they haven't arrived within 7 days from the date of despatch. Please allow 5 working days from the date of despatch before contacting us to chase a parcel. We will then contact our courier to investigate and help locate the parcel. Please note, delivery off mainland UK may take up to an additional 48 hours.

BUNDLES / FREE GIFT RETURNS
For a full refund, please ensure all items from the bundle deal or free gift promotion are returned. Partial bundle returns will be refunded pro rata. Free gifts must be returned with their parent product in order to receive a full refund, otherwise the parent product will be refunded minus the free gift RRP value. Free gifts are not refundable on their own.
