Meet the manager
Hi, I’m Andy the manager here at Up & Running Harrogate. I’ve only really been running for the last 5 to 6 years, but found it a great way to improve my physical and mental health. I’ve run all distances up to ultra-marathon and have been lucky enough to run 3 of the World Marathon Majors; Berlin, Chicago and my absolute favourite New York City.
Now you’ll find me volunteering or running at Conyngham Hall parkrun, leading groups at Knaresborough Striders or out with the Harrogate Social Run Group!
When I’m not out running, I love watching movies, football and spending time with my daughters and my Cockapoo Rocky!

Run with us
Join us weekly at our Harrogate running store for a 5K run. Our Social Run Group is a great free running group that meets every week for a fun and friendly 5K. We are all inclusive where everyone runs together, so it is great for new or beginner runners. To register just head into store and speak to a member of staff today.
