We hear it all the time from people starting out on their running journey, and we always believe that no matter your PACE or PLACE if you are out there moving you're a RUNNER! 

Whether this is running a 5k, for the bus or away from your responsibilities, you are a runner.

So this January 2022 we want to help all those new runners shake this thought! We have put together a 21 day challenge for you to kick-start your running journey.

What to expect

When you sign up (GO YOU!) you will receive your welcome and warm-up emails, getting you ready and prepped for the challenge ahead. 

You will then receive three weekly emails containing your daily challenge, which can be completed at any point throughout the month. We understand January 1st may involve some heavy paracetamol and a dark room, so you can access your challenges any time if you need to catch up!

Complete your running challenges, including warm up's, strength and activation sessions and take in all the tips and advice, and share your journey along the way using the #notarunner22
