All round marketing interest, with previous experience working in a fast-paced environment. The role is perfect for those with a creative mind, organised in their output and are a strong relationship builder. Must have the ability to manage multiple marketing projects from start to finish at any one time. Reporting to Senior Marketing Executive and Brand and Business Development Manager to activate and support us in bringing our marketing calendar to life.

The role 

Following the retail calendar, and tapping into the annual running calendar, we work alongside our many well-known brand partners to create engaging marketing campaigns that drive our business forward. We use marketing to both increase sales and awareness of running, running footwear and apparel. You will support the wider marketing team, buyer and shop managers to help steer projects to activation within our 29 stores and online. You will assist in ongoing campaigns, product launches/activations, including product upload and administration and be a part of a team for one-off projects such as new shop openings or content creation and helping pull together post campaign analysis for major projects so we can aim to improve on our past performances.

·      The role covers the full marketing mix, experience of offline marketing, digital marketing and social media marketing desirable.

·      Digital marketing including e shot / newsletter creation, using Klayvio or similar platforms.

·      Social media skills and experience in handling and creating Instagram and Facebook posts and campaigns.

·      Some knowledge of paid social media campaigns and interpreting data/reports.

·      Experience of co-ordinating projects and working to see work through from concept and ideas, through to activation and completion.

·      Willingness to support all aspects of day to day marketing and buying administration in a small hard-working team.

·      Office based with some travel to events, meetings and store visits as required.

The following skills would be great to have:

·      Retail experience and office experience.

·      Visual merchandising experience.

·      Experience of working at and setting up events.

·      Design skills or experience of Adobe or Indesign.

·      A love of running and a passion for running brands.

The ability to work hard in a friendly, fast-paced environment is essential.
