And our friendly, well-trained staff can provide expert advice on running shoe fit using Dartfish software for gait analysis.

Running shoes with the right cushioning and support for you will make training and racing easier.

knowledgable staff is all it takes. (Please bring along your current running shoes for comparison.)

Swiss Ball
Having used a Swiss Ball over the years to enhance my abdominal and core strength, I have found it gives me that little bit extra in races where I
have started to wain and tire in the past. A strong core makes for a better engine. Exercising on the Swiss Ball develops your abdominal muscles,
stabilises your lower back as well as improving posture. Using the Swiss Ball ensures that exercises are concentrated on core areas such as abdominals
but is also great for toning and conditioning. It’s portable, easy to store, versatile, pretty cheap and can easily be used and stored in the house.
Also, using the Swiss Ball can really help prevent back injuries by strengthening this area.
SIS Energy Gels
SIS gels are great when you are reaching that point when your legs get heavy and start to slow and you just want to stop running.
What makes them even better is the fact that they taste great. None of that horrible after taste, or sickly feeling of swallowing a load of sticky sugar
and the need to guzzle down a load of water to wash down the gel. Each Go Gel has 9 grams of sodium and 22 grams of carbohydrate (only 1 gram of which consists of sugars) –
essentially an isotonic solution that is easily portable in serving-sized sachet form. Overall, I was impressed with how the SIS gel range was so easy to ingest –
whether in warm or cool weather - and how light it was on the stomach even under the fatigue resulting from exercising for long periods of time.
